Meet Your Coach

We want to support you – we’re all about the “thrive not survive”. That means that we want to help you get to where you want to go. And if you’re not sure, one of these amazing women can help you figure that out. Whether you’re freelancing or just starting out, whether you have a direction or are wondering aimlessly in circles, these are the gals to help.

Our hand picked panel of coaches can help in different ways – helping you Discover Yourself (Rebecca), helping you Find A Job (Tanya), helping you Start Up (Jo) a business or help you build your already established Business (Emma).

Each offers something very different in their own style but they’re all brilliant. Get to know these superheroes below then register with us * to access your free 30 minute consultation!

* You must be registered on one of the following membership plans to access coaching – Workseeker, Freelancer, Business or Corporate.

Rebecca Levene

Rebecca Levene

Self Discovery Coach

Rebecca is our That Works For Me Self Discovery coach. Helping parents like us find their purpose in life and jump over those career barriers (self imposed nine times out of ten she adds) that hold us back from making real and lasting change in our lives. “If you want to do what lights you up for a living then you can,” she says. “My life coaching is down to earth, honest and fuss free. It’s for the curious and the brave and for mums who are just fed up with feeling just a little bit shit all of the time. You have the power to change your life in any way you choose to. If you are ready (or nearly ready) to turn the page my darling, lets talk.”

Find A Job coach

Tanya is our Find A Job coach. A hugely experienced coach, mentor and trainer who motivates people during times of transition in their careers, she brings a fresh and honest perspective. She is passionate about helping women to gain the confidence to move back into the world of work after a career break and find a job that’s both flexible and fulfilling. Tanya previously worked for 10 years in HR and Training and then took a career break to raise her daughter. When she decided to re-enter the world of work, Tanya consulted a career coach, who helped her see that she could build on her past work experience, and fulfil her desire to help people. So she retrained and became a career coach herself. She says “I have finally discovered my true potential and am leading a more fulfilling life as a result. I’m really keen to help others to do the same!

Emma Jeffreys

Emma Jeffreys

Business Coach

Emma is our That Works For Me Business Coach. Having spent over 20 years devising marketing and growth strategies for big brands Emma then became a Professional Coach and Licensed Practitioner of NLP so that she can now help the business owners grow as much as their business. She says ‘so many business owners are so entrenched in the business that they find it hard to step out to work on it. My role as coach is to hold that space for them, to get them to see their business with fresh eyes, to revaluate where they are against their goals, to understand where there are blocks, to re-energise and importantly to create strategies and action that result in meaningful change’’. Emma’s direct yet warm approach means she’s fun to do business with but won’t let you off the hook – accountability is everything!

Jo Lee

Start Up Coach

Meet Jo, our Start Up coach. As a business and career coach, Jo is that unusual beast – as well as being an experienced, professional coach, she has also walked the talk: Before starting her own business in order to coach others full time, she developed a highly successful 20 year career in marketing, business management and senior leadership that culminated in running a well-known £50 million company while raising her two young daughters… and somehow incorporating a voluntary role as governor at her local primary school into the bargain. Having launched and grown a number of brands in her career, and having worked closely with a well-known, award winning UK entrepreneur, Jo uses that blend of first-hand experience, with her coach’s knowledge of the psychology of success, change and happiness and a host of evidenced based tools and techniques, to help career professionals and business owners get unstuck and achieve more success with the things they want and less of the stress, overwhelm and self-doubt they don’t.
